Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Absorb mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

User Accounts

To use the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Eligibility

The App is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription Plans

The App offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are displayed in the App and are charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings. Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their refund policies.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Any subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle. Your continued use of the App after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App
• Interfere with the proper operation of the App

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Absorb and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the App without our prior written consent.

User Content

You may upload documents, books, and other content ("User Content") to the App. You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a license to use, store, and display it as necessary to provide our services.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to upload and share any User Content you submit.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Absorb, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Absorb makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Absorb and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
